How do I book a private journey?
Choose a route and use “Plan this trip” to prepare your travel details. We confirm availability, itinerary, vehicle and a written quote before a booking or payment is completed.
How is payment handled?
We can direct you to Shonan International’s separate booking service. For a Yukiguni-operated trip, confirm the booking arrangement with our team before paying. Check the merchant, itinerary, total and cancellation terms displayed at checkout.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Share your flight number when confirming a transfer, and contact the team if it changes. Waiting time and related charges must be confirmed in your booking terms.
Can we travel in winter?
Winter routes consider snow, shorter daylight and road conditions. Stops or timing may change; allow generous time for onward connections.
Are hotels, tickets and meals included?
Only if your written quote specifically includes them. Suggested routes describe private vehicle itineraries. Optional activities and accommodation are confirmed separately.
Can I bring skis or request a child seat?
Please request these before booking. Vehicle suitability and equipment availability are confirmed with passenger and luggage numbers.
What are the cancellation terms?
The terms with your confirmed quote or booking apply. Read them before payment and contact the team before making a change.
